With a strong foundation built on decades of experience, Gary, Menaf, and Sabrina have shaped BCM into the thriving company it is today. Gary, with over 45 years of experience in residential, commercial, and hotel construction, had initially retired after a long and successful career managing high-rise projects and large-scale developments. Menaf, with over 20 years in the construction sector, successfully ran a flooring business specializing in multi-residential and commercial projects before co-founding BCM. Sabrina, bringing a background in accounting along with expertise in construction project management and estimating, played a key role in financial planning and operational efficiency. Recognizing Gary’s invaluable expertise, Menaf and Sabrina convinced him to come out of retirement and join them in launching BCM in 2021. With Gary’s leadership, Menaf’s strategic vision, and Sabrina’s financial and operational skills, BCM has flourished into a leading construction solutions company, specializing in multi-residential, commercial, and hotel projects across Canada.
